Course Description This course aims to provide an integrated view of macroeconomics, exploring various timeframes. In the short run, it analyzes equilibrium in the goods and financial markets, employing a fundamental model to understand fluctuations in output. In the medium run, the focus shifts to equilibrium in the labor market and emphasizes the relationship between inflation and unemployment. Finally, in the long run, the course examines the evolution of output across different countries. Another goal of the course is to establish a connection between theoretical concepts and real-world applications, facilitating a more profound comprehension of macroeconomic principles through practical examples.
