Overall Educational Objective | Students will learn the fundamental principles, foundations and institutions of Turkish Civil Law. | ||||
Course Description | The first part of the course aims to teach students general principles, sources and key concepts of civil law. The second part of the course will comprise of the law of persons, where students will learn about natural and legal personalities, capacity, protection of personality, personal status. |
