| Overall Educational Objective | To teach the basic concepts of criminal law and the general theory of crime. | ||||
| Course Description | As part of this course, mens rea, the concept of culpability, reasons diminishing and removing criminal capacity and culpability, error in criminal law, attempt, complicity, aggregation and sanctions of criminal law will be examined, within the general theory of crime. |
