Overall Educational Objective | To teach the general structure of crimes. | ||||
Course Description | The purpose of this course is to introduce students to the crimes prescribed in Turkish Penal Code. Within this course, the general theory of the special provisions will be introduced and international crimes and certain crimes against persons will be examined. | ||||
Course Description in Turkish | Bu dersin amacı, Türk Ceza Kanunu’nda düzenlenen suç tiplerinin incelenmesidir. İncelemede sınıflandırma, korunan hukuki değer gözetilerek yapılmaktadır. Ders kapsamında, ceza hukukunun özel kısmına giriş yapılarak uluslararası suçlar ve bazı kişilere karşı suçlar incelenecektir. |
