| Overall Educational Objective | To teach the general structure of offences. | ||||
| Course Description | The aim of this course is to introduce students to the crimes prescribed in Turkish Criminal Code. Within this course, certain crimes against persons, crimes against society, crimes against the public trust, crimes against the reliability of the public administration and its functioning will be examined. | ||||
| Course Description in Turkish | Bu dersin amacı, Türk Ceza Kanunu’nda düzenlenen suç tiplerinin incelenmesidir. İncelemede sınıflandırma, korunan hukuki değer gözetilerek yapılmaktadır. Ders kapsamında, bazı kişilere karşı suçlar, topluma karşı suçlar, kamu güvenine karşı suçlar, kamu idaresinin güvenilirliğine ve işleyişine karşı suçlar incelenecektir. |
