Overall Educational Objective Students will learn the basic principles and concepts governing the jurisdiction of administrative jurisdiction, types of administrative lawsuits, capacity to sue, time to file a lawsuit, competent and competent court, remedies.
Course Description Students will learn the basic principles and concepts governing the jurisdiction of administrative jurisdiction, types of administrative lawsuits, capacity to sue, time to file a lawsuit, competent and competent court, remedies.
Course Description in Turkish Öğrenciler idari yargının görev alanı, idari dava türleri, dava ehliyeti, dava açma süresi, görevli ve yetkili mahkeme, yasa yolları konularına hakim olan temel ilkeleri ve kavramları öğreneceklerdir.

Course Learning Outcomes and Competences

Upon successful completion of the course, the learner is expected to be able to:
1) 1. Applies the criteria used in determining the jurisdiction of administrative jurisdiction to disputes.
2) 2. Knows the duties and powers of the courts in the administrative judicial organization.
3) 3. Distinguishes the types of administrative lawsuits in terms of the capacity to sue, the competent and competent court and the time to file a lawsuit.
4) 4. Explains the procedure of examination of cases.
5) 5. Compares the ways of appeal and appeal against decisions.

9) Recognition, understanding, and respect for the complexity of sociocultural and international diversity.
10) Recognition for the need for, and the skills to pursue, lifelong learning, inquiry, and self-improvement.
11) Ability to formulate critical hypotheses based on psychological theory and literature, and design studies to test those hypotheses.
12) Ability to acquire knowledge independently, and to plan one’s own learning.
13) Demonstration of advanced competence in the clarity and composition of written work and presentations.
