Overall Educational Objective | To teach the basic concepts of criminal procedure law and the functioning of criminal procedure law in practice. | ||||
Course Description | Within this course, the procedure governing criminal trials, principles of prosecution and appeal procedures will be analyzed. | ||||
Course Description in Turkish | Bu ders kapsamında, ceza muhakemesinin yürüyüşü, duruşmaya hakim olan ilkeler ve kanun yolları incelenecektir. |
