| Course Description | This course aims to provide students basic knowledge on general principles and main concepts and institutions of Labour Law. Within this course, employment contracts, rights, and obligations of employers and employees, termination of employment contracts will be examined |
Course Learning Outcomes and CompetencesUpon successful completion of the course, the learner is expected to be able to:1) İş hukukunun uygulama alanını tespit eder. 2) Bireysel iş hukukunun temel kavramlarını tanır. 3) İş sözleşmesinin unsurlarını bilir. 4) İş sözleşmesinde tarafların hak ve borçlarını analiz eder. 5) İş sözleşmesinin sona ermesini ve bunun sonuçlarını değerlendirir. |
