Course Description | This course aims to develop students’ acquaintance with selected research topics in Economics. Upon successful completion of the course, the learner should be able to critically assess a scientific article, evaluate its results and implications and synthesize and discuss how each topic is related to their larger discursive field. In this class students are expected to further enhance their writing and discussion skills. | ||||
Course Description in Turkish | Bu dersin amacı, öğrencilerin Ekonomi alanında seçilmiş araştırma konularıyla tanışmalarını sağlamaktır. Ders başarıyla tamamlandığında, öğrenci bir bilimsel makaleyi eleştirel olarak değerlendirebilmeli, sonuçlarını ve sonuçlarının ne anlama geldiğini değerlendirebilmeli ve her konunun daha geniş tartışma alanlarıyla nasıl ilişkili olduğunu sentezleyip tartışabilmelidir. Bu derste öğrencilerin yazma ve tartışma becerilerini daha da geliştirmeleri beklenmektedir. |
