Course Description | To cover the general principles and concepts of public procurement law and to discuss the legal issues within related cases. | ||||

Course Learning Outcomes and CompetencesUpon successful completion of the course, the learner is expected to be able to:1) Defines and explains the general principles and principles of public procurement law. 2) Explains and compares the tender procedures regulated in the Public Procurement Law. 3) Evaluates the remedies against tender procedures. |
