Course Learning Outcomes and CompetencesUpon successful completion of the course, the learner is expected to be able to:1) Recognize the types of banks and comprehends the general characteristics of each. 2) Recognizes the structure and activities of the Central Bank, Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency, and Savings Deposit and Insurance Fund; analyzes their functions. 3) Knows the regulations regarding the establishment and functioning of the banking enterpise. 4) Recognizes the characteristics of the bank joint stock company and provisions related to it, analyzes them in comparison with provisions on joint stock companies in the TCC. 5) Recognizes the credit system of banks. 6) Knows the general principles of the law of banking contracts. |
