Course Description | The Internet grows fast and there are constant new developments. Accordingly, law and lawyers must adapt themselves thereto to the best. This course aims to create an awareness with regard to the legal concepts and problems throughout the Internet arena. The course especially covers the following subjects: e-contracts, protection of personal data, social media from a legal perspective, etc. | ||||||
Course Description in Turkish | Internet alanında çok hızlı gelişmeler yaşanmaktadır. Hukukun ve hukukçuların da bu yeni duruma olabildiğince en iyi sekilde adapte olmaları şarttır. Bu dersin hedefi, öğrencilerde internet sahasında söz konusu olan veya yeni olarak ortaya çıkabilecek hukuki kavramlar ve sorunlar hakkında farkındalık yaratmaktır. Dersin içeriği, e-sözleşmeler, kişisel verilerin korunması, hukuki perspektiften sosyal medya gibi konulardan oluşmaktadır. |
