Overall Educational Objective | The general educational objective of the course is to inform students about the basic structure of the organization and functioning of the judiciary in Turkey and to evaluate this structure in the framework of international standards. | ||||
Course Description | The main aim of the course is to give students basic knowledge on the organization and administration of the Turkish judicial system. | ||||
Course Description in Turkish | Ders kapsamında Türk yargı örgütü ana hatlarıyla incelenecek, adalet yönetimine ilişkin başlıca organlar ele alınacak ve uluslararası standartlar ışığında değerlendirilecektir. |
Course Learning Outcomes and CompetencesUpon successful completion of the course, the learner is expected to be able to:1) Knowledge of the organization of the judiciary and the basic institutions of the administration of justice in Turkey. 2) Learns the international standards on the organization and functioning of the judiciary and evaluates the practice in Turkey within this framework. |

9) The ability to use a foreign language at least on a B2 Level on the European Language Portfolio, to follow legal developments and communicate with colleagues in that language; to use computer software and information and communication technologies necessary in the law field at an Advanced Level of the European Computer Driving License. | ||
