Overall Educational Objective | The course aims to provide students with knowledge about the common issues and trends in the field of corporate law and to let them gain the ability to find solutions to problems. | ||||

Course Learning Outcomes and CompetencesUpon successful completion of the course, the learner is expected to be able to:1) Recognizes ordinary partnerships, joint stock corporations and limited liability corporations; and knows provisions related to them. 2) Understands the most common types of disputes related to these partnerships and corporations in practice. 3) Understands how a lawyer should approach these disputes and adopts these approaches. 4) Has the ability to find solutions to legal problems. |
