Course Description | This course helps students of the English Language Teaching Department to improve their reading and writing skills to succeed at an academic level. This course also allows students to develop their language skills, study skills, and critical thinking skills. The course enables students to identify different genres of writing, strategies of reading, and discourse methods. The course briefly demonstrates some ways to teach reading and writing, and to blend technology to promote language learning and teaching. | ||||
Course Description in Turkish | Bu ders İngiliz Dili Eğitimi öğrencilerinin okuma ve yazma becerilerinin akademik seviyede başarılı olacak şekilde gelişmesine yardımcı olur. Bu ders ayrıca öğrencilerin dil becerilerinin, çalışma becerilerini ve eleştirel düşünme becerilerinin de gelişmesine destek olur. Bu ders öğrencilerin farklı yazı türlerinin, okuma stratejilerinin ve diskur metotların da gelişmesine imkan tanır. Bu ders okuma ve yazmayı öğretme ve dil öğrenme ve öğretme amaçlı teknoloji kullanımına da değinir. |

Attendance is required for 70% of the course session, if you exceed this you may fail by F or FX.
