Overall Educational Objective | To provide the history of the right of usufruct, fundamental information about limited real rights and in particular the right of usufruct, legal regulations. | |||||
Course Description | In this elective course, the following subjects are taught in the light of legal regulations and judicial decisions, "basic information on limited real rights, the history and emergence of the usufruct right, the objects that can be the subject of the usufruct right and the characteristics of the right, the rights and obligations of the usufructuary, the powers and duties of the owner of the property, the establishment of the usufruct right, the termination of the usufruct right". | |||||
Course Description in Turkish | Seçmeli olarak verilen bu derste, kanuni düzenlemeler ve yargı kararları ışığında “sınırlı ayni haklara ilişkin temel bilgiler, intifa hakkının tarihçesi ve ortaya çıkışı, intifa hakkının konusu olabilen eşyalar ve hakkın özellikleri, intifa hakkı sahibinin hak ve yükümlülükleri, malın malikinin yetkileri ve ödevleri, intifa hakkının tesisi, intifa hakkının sona ermesi” konuları öğretilmektedir |
Course Learning Outcomes and CompetencesUpon successful completion of the course, the learner is expected to be able to:1) Obtains basic information about limited real rights. 2) Learns about the origin and history of usufruct right. 3) Understand the types of goods on which the usufruct right can be established, whether it is possible to establish usufruct right on intangible goods (rights), and the discussions on this issue. 4) Understands the qualifications of the right of usufruct, the powers and obligations it confers on the holder. 5) Knows the rights and obligations of the owner of the property. 6) Knows how the right of usufruct is acquired and when it expires. |
