Course Learning Outcomes and CompetencesUpon successful completion of the course, the learner is expected to be able to:1) To know the legal regulations related to health tourism 2) To know the functioning of health tourism 3) To know the legal relationship between people / institutions and organizations providing services in health tourism 4) To know how to prevent legal problems encountered in health tourism 5) To know the dispute resolution methods in health tourism and the country law to be applied and to apply them by taking into account the decisions of the high court 6) To gain the ability to apply current debates in health tourism to concrete cases in practice |
