Course Description | İnfaz hukukunun temel kavramları, amacı, infaz kurumunun hükümlü üzerindeki olumsuz etkileri, hükümlünün hakları ve yükümlülükleri, koşullu salıverilme, özel infaz şekilleri ve infazın denetlenmesi. | ||||
Course Description in Turkish | Fundamentals of criminal execution law, negative impact of the department of corrections on the convict, rights and obligations of the convict, release on probation, special forms of execution, supervision of the criminal execution. |
Course Learning Outcomes and CompetencesUpon successful completion of the course, the learner is expected to be able to:1) Understand the basic concepts of enforcement law 2) Understand the purpose of the death penalty and the importance of reintegrating prisoners into society 3) Understand the rights and responsibilities of prisoners 4) To understand how the execution of imprisonment and fines, which are binding penalties for freedom, are carried out. |
