Overall Educational Objective | The aim of this course is to develop a general understanding of the basic sources and legislation of health law and the decisions of the higher judicial bodies in disputes arising from health services. | ||||
Course Description | Students who successfully complete this course will be able to; - Will be able to apply the basic principles of health law, - Will be able to define the rights and responsibilities of health institutions, doctors, health workers, patients and their relatives in the field of health law, - Will be able to comprehend and discuss legal issues related to health law. | ||||
Course Description in Turkish | Bu dersi başarıyla tamamlayabilen öğrenciler; • Sağlık hukukunun temel ilkelerini uygulayabilecek, • Sağlık hukuku alanında sağlık kurumu, doktorlar, sağlık çalışanları, hasta ve hasta yakınlarının hak ve sorumluluklarını tanımlayabilecek, • Sağlık hukuku ile ilgili hukuki konuları kavrayabilecek ve tartışabileceklerdir. |
Course Learning Outcomes and CompetencesUpon successful completion of the course, the learner is expected to be able to:1) To make the legal characterization of the medical intervention relationship 2) Knows what are the debts and responsibilities of the parties due to medical intervention and which rules will be applied to them. 3) To interpret the relationships that can be evaluated within the framework of medical law by taking into account the characteristics of the health care profession and to ensure the correct application of the law to these relationships 4) To follow the scientific developments in the field of medicine and to know the legal principles under which they will be evaluated 5) To follow up in disputes related to medical intervention |
