Course Description | This course focuses on substantive rights and freedoms under European Conventon on Human Rights like prohibition of torture, right to liberty and security, right to a fair trial, respect for private and family life, freedom of thought, conscience and religion, freedom of expression, freedom of assembly and association, etc. | ||||
Course Description in Turkish | Bu ders, işkence yasağı, özgürlük ve güvenlik hakkı, adil yargılanma, zel ve aile yaşamına saygı, düşünce, din ve inanç özgürlüğü, ifade özgürlüğü, toplantı ve dernek kurma özgürlüğü gibi İnsan Hakları Avrupa Sözleşmesinde yer alan maddi hak ve özgürlüklere odaklanmaktadır. |
