Overall Educational Objective | Students will develop their theoretical knowledge and practical skills on issues currently debated in consumer law doctrine and practice. | ||||
Course Description | This course aims to address current developments in consumer law from theoretical and practical aspects. For this purpose, the first part of this course aims to overview the general principles and concepts of consumer law. Students will then be asked to prepare papers on the subjects provided, in which they will assess current developments in consumer law in the light of scholarly opinions and court decisions. |
