Overall Educational Objective | To learn roles and techniques of business consultants to approach contemporary business challenges. | ||||
Course Description | Familiarize and encourage course attendees to use processes, techniques, tools and behavior consultants employ in both solving problems and realizing opportunities in today’s challenging business environment. | ||||
