Course Learning Outcomes and CompetencesUpon successful completion of the course, the learner is expected to be able to:1) Knows the general principles of joint stock company law. 2) Understands the current debates in the literature on joint stock company law, forms and express their own opinions. 3) Follows the judicial decisions in the field of joint stock company law. 4) Follows comparative law in the field of joint stock company law. |
