Course Description | Derste sorumluluk sigortalarının türleri, bunlara uygulanacak hükümler, riziko ve teminatın kapsamı konuları, uygulamadan örnek olaylar ve kararlar üzerinde durularak ele alınacaktır. | ||||
Course Description in Turkish | The course will cover types of liability insurances, provisions applicable to them, the concept of risk, and scope of coverage by focusing on case studies and court decision. |
Course Learning Outcomes and CompetencesUpon successful completion of the course, the learner is expected to be able to:1) Develop knowledge about the definition and types of liability insurance 2) To learn the scope of coverage of professional liability (especially lawyers' and medical doctors' liability) insurance and product liability insurance 3) To develop knowledge on the functioning of traffic insurance 4) To learn the obligations of the insurer and the insured 5) To see the practice of the Court of Cassation via active case files |
