Course Learning Outcomes and CompetencesUpon successful completion of the course, the learner is expected to be able to:1) Gains competence in the actions and transactions of the administration. 2) Gains an in-depth knowledge of the financial responsibilities of the administration. 3) Acquires legal knowledge to solve the problems related to the financial responsibility of the administration. 4) Equipped with information that will prevent the parties from losing their rights at the point of financial responsibility of the administration. |

It is recommended to read articles and court decisions related to the subject chosen by the student. | ||||||||||||
| Teaching Methods | The students' participation in the course is ensured after the instructor's guidance and the provision of the necessary explanations and information about the course. The course is conducted within the framework of seminar assignments and presentations prepared by the students.
