Required/Recommended Readings	It is obligatory to read the chapters related to Article 125 of the Constitution in the books on Constitutional Law and the chapters on "Responsibility of the Administration" in the books on Administrative Law, as well as the relevant chapters of the books related to Law No. 6183 on the Procedure of Collection of Public Receivables. It is recommended to read articles and court decisions related to the subject chosen by the student.
Teaching Methods	The students' participation in the course is ensured after the instructor's guidance and the provision of the necessary explanations and information about the course. The course is conducted within the framework of seminar assignments and presentations prepared by the students. The decisions of the Council of State are brought to the class by the students and discussed.
