Overall Educational Objective | Learn how macroeconomic indicators, particularly for the Turkish Economy, relate to each other and to financial markets. | ||||
Course Description | The course gives an opportunity to make accurate analysis of Turkey’s key macroeconomic indicators (i.e. GDP, inflation, current account etc). The course aims to (1) interpret the key macroeconomic data correctly via obtaining data from the original source, (2) make concrete analysis and (3) find out the relation with the (global) financial markets. | ||||
Course Description in Turkish | Ders, Türkiye’nin (GSYİH, enflasyon, cari açık gibi) temel makroeokonomik göstergelerini doğru analiz etme fırsatı sunmaktadır. Ders, verileri kaynağından temin etmek suretiyle somut analiz yapma ve temel göstergelerin (küresel) finansal piyasalarla ilişkisini anlayabilme yetkinliği ile temel göstergeleri etkin şekilde yorumlamayı amaçlamaktadır. |
