Overall Educational Objective | Within the scope of the course, students at the doctoral level will be able to obtain in-depth knowledge of the subject by researching current regulations, current court decisions and discussions in the doctrine in mediation law. | ||||
Course Description | Within the scope of this course, discussions about mediation, which is one of the alternative dispute resolution methods, and especially the new regulations regarding litigation-based mediation will be discussed. | ||||
Course Description in Turkish | Bu dersin kapsamı içerisinde alternatif uyuşmazlık çözüm yollarından birisi olan arabuluculuk ile ilgili tartışmaların ve özellikle dava şartı arabuluculuk bakımından yapılan yeni düzenlemelerin üzerinde durulacaktır. |
Course Learning Outcomes and CompetencesUpon successful completion of the course, the learner is expected to be able to:1) Know and analyze the current discussions in mediation law and can make evaluations about these discussions. 2) Know and analyze the current Court of Cassation Decisions on controversial issues, especially in the field of compulsory mediation, and can evaluate these decisions. 3) Conduct in-depth doctrinal research on the mediation method, one of the alternative dispute resolution methods, and gains the ability to convey this findings. |
