Overall Educational Objective
Course Description This course focuses on working with graph data, which is increasingly important in artificial intelligence (such as social networks, bioinformatics, knowledge graphs, etc.). It covers fundamental graph theory, node- and edge-based analyses, community detection, and short- and long-range connections. The course then introduces Graph Neural Networks (GNN) models, detailing data representation, training processes, and their application to large-scale datasets. Knowledge graph construction, entity-relationship modeling, semantic querying (such as SPARQL), and the design of advanced AI systems in this context are also key topics of the course.
