| Overall Educational Objective | The aim of this course is to enable the student to learn about the termination of the employment contract in general and its consequences, to reflect on the problems that can arise in practice and to obtain information at a level that can solve problems in specific situations. | ||||

Course Learning Outcomes and CompetencesUpon successful completion of the course, the learner is expected to be able to:1) İş sözleşmesinin sona erme hallerini bilir. 2) İş sözleşmesinin sona ermesinde feshin türünü tespit eder ve bununla bağlantılı olarak feshe bağlanan sonuçları bilir. 3) İş sözleşmesinin sona ermesi durumunun işçi ve işveren açısından doğuracağı sonuçları kavrar. 4) İş sözleşmesinin sona ermesinde özellikli durumları tespit eder ve sonuçlarını değerlendirebilir. 5) Konu ile ilgili uygulamada çıkabilecek sorunları tespit eder ve çözüm üretir. |
