Course Learning Outcomes and CompetencesUpon successful completion of the course, the learner is expected to be able to:1) Makes a clear distinction between private insurance and social insurance. 2) Knows private insurance organizations and supervision, other insurance institutions and intermediaries. 3) Learns how to establish an insurance contract, the rights and obligations of the parties. 4) Knows the types of insurance contracts, the principles governing them and the relevant legislation. 5) Learns alternative remedies specific to insurance law. |
