Overall Educational Objective | To comprehend the content of criminal proceedings among the mechanisms of justice in the transition to democracy and their importance in terms of the activity of confronting the past. | ||||
Course Description | Otoriter totaliter rejimler sonrasında ya da çatışma ertesinde demokratik düzenlerin tesisi demokrasiye geçiş süreci mekanizmalarının işletilmesi ve bu çerçevede özellikle ceza yargılamaları dersin ana konusunu oluşturur. Derste bir vak’a incelemesi olarak 1990 sonrası Yugoslavya örneği ele alınacaktır. Bunun öncesinde de demokrasiye geçiş süreci adaletinin kavramsal konuları işlenecektir. |
