Overall Educational Objective | To get information about the importance of ensuring the health and safety of the worker in both working life and social life and to make it a principle to understand the importance of this importance. | ||||||
Course Description | The course includes the provision of occupational health and safety in the context of employee, employer and state parties and how to apply the legislation prepared in this respect. Accordingly, the course covers the responsibilities and responsibilities of the government, the employer, the employees, the work to be done to ensure the health and safety of the worker, the establishment of the workplace health and safety organization, the duties and responsibilities of the establishment and the consequences of not providing work health and safety. | ||||||
Course Description in Turkish | Ders çalışan, işveren ve devlet tarafları bağlamında iş sağlığı ve güvenliğinin sağlamasının ve bu konuda hazırlanan mevzuatın ne şekilde uygulanması gerektiğini içermektedir. Buna bağlı olarak dersin kapsamında devletin, işverenin, çalışanların yükümlülükleri ve sorumlulukları, iş sağlığı ve güvenliğinin sağlanması için yapılması gerekenler, işyerinde iş sağlığı ve güvenliği örgütünün kurulması ve kurulun görev ve sorumlulukları ve iş sağlığı ve güvenliğinin sağlanmamasının sonuçlarına ilişkin konular girmektedir. |
Course Learning Outcomes and CompetencesUpon successful completion of the course, the learner is expected to be able to:1) To be aware of the purpose and content of Occupational Health and Safety 2) To be able to master the legislation in the field of Occupational Health and Safety. 3) To learn about the rights and obligations of employees, the state and employers. 4) To understand the importance of establishing an occupational health and safety organisation in the workplace 5) To have knowledge about occupational safety specialist 6) To have information about the workplace physician 7) To know the rights of employees in the field of occupational health and safety. |
