Course Description | To cover general principles and concepts of administrative law and to discuss the legal issues within related cases. | ||||

Course Learning Outcomes and CompetencesUpon successful completion of the course, the learner is expected to be able to:1) Draw a diagram of Turkish administrative organisation. 2) Define the concept of public personnel and identify the types of public personnel. 3) Compare the status of public property with private property. 4) Explain the concepts of administrative acts, actions and contracts. 5) Distinguish between the different grounds for administrative liability. |
