Course Description |
This course aims to seek an answer to the question “what is law” through an analysis of scientific works of theoreticians studying the theory of law. In this framework various theoretical methodologies will be examined, and differences between method in law and methodology of law, between natural law school and legal positivism, between voluntarist approach and non-voluntarist approach, between the approach that limits law in a historical framework and the approach that identifies law with social formation will be clarified. |
