Programme Profile

The Digital Game Design program educates students with 5 main goals:

1. Industry-Focused Competence: Graduates become employable professionals in the industry by effectively using up-to-date tools and methods in areas such as game design, game programming, visual and audio content production.
2. Entrepreneurship and Production Skills: Graduates become competent enough to transform their own game ideas into projects, manage game development processes, and establish independent game studios that can compete in local or international markets.
3. Academic and Methodological Depth: Graduates are equipped to continue their postgraduate education in the field of game research; conduct academic studies in areas such as game theory, player psychology, interaction design, and game-based learning.
4. Teamwork and Interdisciplinary Communication: Students are able to work effectively with team members from different disciplines and solve problems focused on design, art, and engineering together.
5. Ethics, Critical Thinking, and Social Sensitivity: Graduates are individuals who have the capacity to evaluate the social impacts of games and are aware of their ethical responsibilities and develop a critical perspective in game production.
