The main objectives of the Master’s in Private Law program of the Graduate School of Social Sciences at MEF University are to provide the students with knowledge and understanding of fundamental principles of law and laws in force nationally and internationally, to equip them to take on responsibilities as professionals in legal counseling and advocacy as well as in the judiciary or the administration, to foster the students’ abilities to think critically and provide other intellectual tools that serve lifelong learning needs, and to enable them to serve their society by contributions in practice and academia.
