Programme Profile

Human Rights Law Master's Programme without Thesis provides the training of researchers who are interested in human rights and who want to produce new scientific researches in this field and to specialise in the field with these studies. It is a higher education programme in which the graduates gain an analytical perspective and are provided with the opportunity to expand their knowledge with field courses that will enable them to look closely and critically on the events and phenomena of violating human rights both in our country and all over the world.

The courses given within the scope of Human Rights Law Master's Programmes with and without thesis are organised around the main branches of Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Criminal Law, General Public Law. Public Law constitutes the general framework, General Public Law, International Humanitarian Law branches are also included in the programme.
