| Overall Educational Objective | To teach the basic concepts of criminal law and the general theory of crime. | ||||
| Course Description | As part of this course, mens rea, the concept of culpability, reasons diminishing and removing criminal capacity and culpability, error in criminal law, attempt, complicity, aggregation and sanctions of criminal law will be examined, within the general theory of crime. | ||||
| Course Description in Turkish | Bu ders kapsamında Suç Genel Teorisinde manevi unsur, kusurluluk kavramı, kusur yeteneğini ve kusurluluğu azaltan ve kaldıran nedenler, ceza hukukunda hata, suça teşebbüs, suça iştirak, suçların içtimaı ve ceza hukuku yaptırımları incelenecektir. |
