| Course Description | This course aims to provide students basic knowledge on general principles and main concepts and institutions of Labour Law. Within this course, employment contracts, rights, and obligations of employers and employees, termination of employment contracts will be examined | ||||
| Course Description in Turkish | Bu derste öğrencilere İş Hukukunun genel ilke ve temel kavramları ve kurumları hakkında temel bilgiler vermeyi amaçlamaktadır. Ders kapsamında iş sözleşmeleri, işveren ve çalışanların hak ve yükümlülükleri ile iş sözleşmelerinin feshi incelenecektir. |
Course Learning Outcomes and CompetencesUpon successful completion of the course, the learner is expected to be able to:1) To determine the application area of labour law. 2) To recognise the basic concepts of individual labour law. 3) To know the elements of the labour contract. 4) To analyse the rights and obligations of the parties in the employment contract. 5) To evaluate the termination of the employment contract and its consequences. |
