Overall Educational Objective To develop one’s knowledge and expertise on issues related to the field of law or social sciences by participating in certificate programs.
Course Description Within the scope of the course, the student participates in a certificate program approved by the Faculty and needs to successfully complete the program in question. Student can participate in certificate programs offered by universities, reputable national or international institutions, non-governmental organizations or professional associations. The student will improve his/her knowledge about the topic of certificate program and improve his/her skills in the relevant area.
Course Description in Turkish Ders kapsamında, öğrenci Fakülte tarafından onaylanan bir sertifika programına katılarak, ilgili programın faaliyetlerini yerine getirir. Sertifika programı, üniversitelerde, tanınmış ulusal ya da uluslararası kuruluşlarda, sivil toplum kuruluşlarında ya da meslek birliklerinde gerçekleştirilebilir. Öğrenci, katıldığı sertifika programıyla program konusu hakkında bilgi birikimini arttıracak ve ilgili alandaki becerisini geliştirecektir.

Upon successful completion of the course, the learner is expected to be able to:
1) Assesses and applies the information gained within the scope of the certificate program.
2) Understands the system and structure of the host institution.
3) Implements his/her knowledge in the related areas.
4) Demonstrates experience regarding related areas and discusses newly acquired course content.
5) Demonstrates his/her communication skills with the participants of the certificate program.

8) The ability to participate in and organize legal projects and activities as a socially responsible individual; to put his/her legal knowledge and skill to use efficiently (in the public or private sector).
9) The ability to use a foreign language at least on a B2 Level on the European Language Portfolio, to follow legal developments and communicate with colleagues in that language; to use computer software and information and communication technologies necessary in the law field at an Advanced Level of the European Computer Driving License.
10) Adoption of a positive approach to the concept of lifelong learning.
11) The ability to understand the development, evolution, and problems of the society and to contribute to the solution of these problems by legal methods.
12) The ability to understand the structure, organization, and functioning of law on the national and international level; to contribute to the development thereof.
