Course Learning Outcomes and CompetencesUpon successful completion of the course, the learner is expected to be able to: |

| 1) Has adequate knowledge and skills of functional fields of Banking and Insurance sector; is able to use both theoretical and applied knowledge of these fields. |
| 2) Interprets and evaluates data, identifies and analysis problems using the acquired basic knowledge and skill of Banking and Insurance field. |
| 3) Identifies the modern techniques, tools and information technology needed in application related to Banking and Insurance; has the skill of utilizing them efficiently. |
| 4) Uses computer software and hardware at the basic level required by Banking and Insurance sector. |
| 5) Produces solutions to the Banking and Insurance sector applications, assumes responsibility in both in teamwork and individual tasks. |
| 6) Plans and carries out projects utilizing the tools and professional environment related to the field. |
| 7) Demonstrates effective communication skills in spoken and written Turkish; knows English at the level CEFR A2 needed to follow up on the latest developments at the Banking and Insurance sector. |
