Course Learning Outcomes and CompetencesUpon successful completion of the course, the learner is expected to be able to:1) Upon successful completion of the course, students are expected to 1. Distinguish between different legal means of securing a claim and determine the most appropriate type of legal guarantee to meet the need. 2) Upon successful completion of the course, students are expected to 2. Know the main differences between the types of personal guarantees and real guarantees. 3) Upon successful completion of the course, students are expected to 3.
