| Overall Educational Objective | To reveal and comprehend the dynamic dimension of the concept of human rights through the jurisprudence of national and international judicial bodies. | ||||
| Course Description | The course is designed with the aim to teach the diynamic dimention of human rights. Human rights cover an area which exceeds the limits set by domestic and supranational legal documents. Human rights law is a dynamic discipline which extends its limits via judicial activities of national and international judicial instances. Establishing new dimensions for human rights and instauring new rights’ categories by judicial activity is the dynamic face of human rights law. | ||||
| Course Description in Turkish | Ders, öğrencilere insan haklarının ulusal uluslararası hukuk belgelerinde düzenlediği çerçevenin ötesine geçen dinamik boyutunu göstermek amacıyla dizayn edilmiştir. İnsan hakları ulusal ve uluslararası mahkemelerin kararlarıyla gelişen, içeriği zenginleşen bir hukuk dalıdır. İçtihat yoluyla yeni haklar tanınması insan haklarının dinamik boyutunu oluşturur. |
