Overall Educational Objective To learn what international and transnational terrorism is under the conditions of globalization; its characteristics and detailed characteristics of terrorist groups and various policies of states towards them.
Course Description To teach how to conduct technical analysis in accordance with the paradigms of social sciences impartially, away from ideological debates. Case study method and methodological applications of this method to create a theoretical framework will be used. The overall objective of the course is to teach what international and transnational terrorism is under the conditions of globalization, its characteristics and the detailed characteristics of terrorist groups and the policies of various states towards them.
Course Description in Turkish İdeolojik tartışmalardan uzak, sosyal bilimler paradigmalarına uygun ve tarafsız olarak Teknik analiz yapımını öğretmek. Örnek olay/vaka incelemesi yöntemi ve bu yöntemin teorik çerçeve oluşturmaya yönelik metodolojik uygulamaları kullanılacaktır. Dersin genel hedefi, uluslararası ve ulusötesi terörizmin küreselleşme şartları altında ne olduğu, karakteristiği ve terrorist grupların detaylı özellikleri ve çeşitli devletlerin bunlara yönelik politikalarını öğretmektir.
