Overall Educational Objective The aim of this course is to enable the student to learn about the termination of the employment contract in general and its consequences, to reflect on the problems that can arise in practice and to obtain information at a level that can solve problems in specific situations.
Course Description The course includes termination of employment contracts, and it’s results from the perspective of employee and employer.

Course Learning Outcomes and Competences

Upon successful completion of the course, the learner is expected to be able to:
1) Knows the cases of termination of the employment contract.
2) Determines the type of termination in the termination of the employment contract and knows the consequences of the termination in relation to this.
3) Understands the consequences of the termination of the employment contract for the employee and the employer.
4) Identifies the specific situations in the termination of the employment contract and can evaluate the consequences.
5) Identify the problems that may arise in practice in relation to the subject and propose solutions.
