| Course Description |
International Commercial Law, which deals with issues such as contracts between foreign traders, companies and even states, import and export rules, logistics rules, delivery methods, payment methods, customs tariffs, competition rules, resolution of legal disputes arising from trade between foreign nationals, has a certain standard with the contribution of international organizations. Within the scope of the course, information will be given about all the subjects mentioned, and solutions will be discussed through sample disputes. |

Yabancı uyruklu tacirler, şirketler ve hatta devletlerin arasındaki sözleşmeler, ithalat ve ihracat kuralları, lojistik kuralları, teslim şekilleri, ödeme yöntemleri, gümrük tarifeleri, rekabet kuralları, yabancı uyruklu kişiler arasında ticaretten doğan hukuki uyuşmazlıkların çözümünü gibi hususları konu eden Uluslararası Ticaret Hukuku, uluslararası kuruluşların katkısı ile belirli bir standarda sahiptir. Dersin kapsamında bahsi geçen tüm konular hakkında bilgi verilecek, örnek uyuşmazlıklar üzerinden çözüm yolları tartışılacaktır. |
