| Overall Educational Objective | Students will learn the provisions of the Maritime Labour Law and evaluate its relationship with other laws. | ||||
| Course Description | The main aim of the course is to give students basic knowledge of the general principles of Maritime Labour Law. | ||||

Course Learning Outcomes and CompetencesUpon successful completion of the course, the learner is expected to be able to:1) To recognise maritime labour law relations. 2) To learn and interpret the provisions of the Maritime Labour Law. 3) To understand the relationship between the Maritime Labour Law and other legislation. |
