Overall Educational Objective |
The aim of this course is to introduce students to the operation function in an organization and the basic concepts and tools of operations management, to enable students to acquire sufficient theoretical knowledge about management, which is the basic function of the business, to have a healthy and holistic understanding of management approaches, to develop the concepts of "Process", "Operation" in businesses. , to ensure that they understand the concepts of "Process Management", "Operations Management" and "Enterprise Process Management" within the scope of managerial tools.

Derste Süreç (proses) tanımı, süreç kavramının anatomisi, işletme faaliyetleri, girdi/çıktı/kaynaklar ve bu kavramların iş akışlarına olan yansıması ile müşteri, tedarikçi kavramları ayrıntılı olarak irdelenecektir. Ayrıca, süreçlerin özellikleri tüm boyutları ile değerlendirilecek olup, “kurumsal süreç yönetimi” konusunda kapsamlı bilgiler aktarılacaktır. Bu derste ayrıca, yönetim sistemleri hakkında detaylı bilgiler verilecektir. |
Course Description in Turkish |
In this course, the definition of process, the anatomy of the concept of process, business activities, input/output/resources and the reflection of these concepts on work flows and the concepts of customer and supplier will be examined in detail. In addition, the characteristics of the processes will be evaluated with all their dimensions, and comprehensive information on "corporate process management" will be given. In addition, detailed information about management systems will be given throughout the course. |
