Overall Educational Objective | The impact of current developments in working life on labour law, and to ensure that students are informed of the realities of practice by examining controversial issues in labour law doctrine and case law. | ||||

Course Learning Outcomes and CompetencesUpon successful completion of the course, the learner is expected to be able to:1) Can identify current problems in labour law. 2) Can relate the norms of labour law to current problems. 3) Evaluate the new regulations for the current problems of labour law. |
